Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within **14 days** of receiving it — as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and in unopened packaging.

This policy complies with the EU consumer protection law for distance selling.

### Conditions for returns:
- Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- We do not accept returns for **opened blind box items**, due to the collectible nature of the product and the loss of surprise.
- Items must be in resellable condition (no damage, no tampering).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

### Exclusions:
- Opened blind boxes
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items bought during clearance or final sales (unless faulty)

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days.
